Best 2025 Black Friday Deals for wedding photographers
We compiled the best 2025 Black Friday Deal for wedding photographers so that you don’t have to.
We made two lists, one is for beginners to intermediates that want to upgrade their gear or want to be pointed in the right direction. The second list is for seasoned professionals looking for an upgrade to the latest and greatest.
Beginner to Intermediate Wedding Photographer Black Friday Recommendations

Canon R6 MarkII
I’d start by getting the Canon R6 mark 2. It’s a full frame camera, incredibly capable, has dual card slots so every photo is saved twice for redundancy.

Pic-Time Galleries
Sending your galleries with a Dropbox or a WeTransfer link is basically like serving a filet mignon in a take-out box. We can do better. I’d start with a platform that grows with you like Pic-Time. The delivery experience is industry leading, but what I didn’t realize early on is that every gallery you send becomes part of the long-term momentum of your business.
With all your clients in one place, over time those clients become your audience, so when those automated anniversary or holiday print emails go out, which Pic-Time fulfills, you’ll be earning passive income from day one.

Samsung SSD
Lastly, I would get a portable SSD hard drive that reads and writes above 2000MB/s. Most commons ones are half that, and these are under optimal conditions so typically expect lower speeds. The Samsung T9 series is incredibly reliable and my top choice.

Imagen Ai Editing + Colour Preset Profiles
For editing, Imagen’s the obvious industry leader when it comes to features and just how customizable it is. If you’re new to them, their black friday deal is amazing, plus all their presets, like their ai profiles, are half off as well.

Samsung 4TB 990 Pro
If you’re still using these hard drives I’d pick up the Samsung 990 Pro and pair it with an enclosure like the OWC or the Satechi. It can double or quadruple the speed you’re getting with these traditional SSDs

Canon RF VCM Range of L series Lenses
The new Canon RF VCM range of L series lenses have definitely piqued my interest. They’re smaller, lighter, weather sealed and $1,000 less than their larger siblings. It’s something I personally want to consider since I’m still using my EF L series lenses.
Canon RF 35mm
Canada REG. $2,099 NOW $1,899
USA REG. $1,649 NOW $1,549
Canon RF 50mm F/1.4 L VCM

Peak Design Slide Lite
I like the look of the Slide Lite from Peak Design, I have the Leash and I occasionally use it when I’m only using one camera at a wedding, but I like the idea of a slightly thicker strap to soften the load on my shoulders.

Profoto A10
I’d pick up a Profoto A10 light for sure. I love how simple the menu and user interface is, and adding it to my growing Profoto kit would make me a happy boy this holiday.

Social Templates
Finally, a subscription to Social Templates. They are my go to when creating reels for instagram and they could not make it any easier. Just pick your fave template and slot in your photos and video – it really is that simple!
